BULL'S EYE DART CLUB OFFICIAL RULES

General Shooting Rules

1. To be eligible to participate in Dart Club Games, a player must be a member of
the Dart Club.

2. The Dart Club season shall be for a period of 30 weeks beginning on the 3rd
Wednesday in September. Games will not be scheduled the weeks of
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years.

3. In case of inclement weather due to Harford Community College canceling it's
evening classes, the Dart Clubs night of shooting shall also be cancelled. The
cancelled night of shooting will not be rescheduled. Please call 410-836-4322 for
college closings.

CLUB

Teams

1. The Dart Club shall be made up of teams with a maximum of 6 and a minimum
of 4 shooters to a team. All players shall participate in every game and all scores
including "Blinds" shall count to determine the total team score.

2. Players shall be assigned to teams according to their prior recorded average
in the Bull's Eye Dart Club. New players shall start with a 21 average and carry
that average for 3 games of shooting. After the new player shoots 3 consecutive
games on the same night of shooting, his total points shall be divided by 3 and that
will be his average. At no time during the 3 games that the new player is shooting
for average shall any of his actual scores be counted toward his teams totals.

1. The Board will be set at a height of sixty-three inches (63") from the floor to
the Bull's Eye.

2. The throw line will be at 7 feet 3 inches (7'-3") from the face of the board.

Board Set-Up

Throwing

1. Each shooter, when shooting will have part of his foot touching the throwing
line before and after he shoots.
2. A throw shall consist of 1 dart. 3 darts in succession shall constitute a turn.

3. Any dart bouncing off, falling out, or sticking into another dart shall not be
re-thrown, or awarded any points for that dart.

4. Each Dart Club Shooter in Category 4 will be required to pay 15 cents,
Category 3 to pay 20 cents, Category 2 to pay 25 cents and Category 4 to pay 50
cents for each inning he does not score. All new Dart Club Shooters without an
established average will be required to pay 15 cents for each inning in which he
does not score.

Scoring

1. The outer white ring shall count as 3
points per dart.

2. The red ring shall count as 2 points per
dart.

3. The inner white triangle (also known as
the cornfield) shall count as 1 point per dart.

4. The picture to the right is an example of 6
points.
