1.  To be eligible to participate in Dart Club Games, a player must be a
member of the Bull's Eye Dart Club.

2.  The Dart Club season shall be for a period of 30 weeks beginning on
the 2nd Wednesday in September. Each season will be split into 2, 15
week sessions. Games will not be scheduled the week of
Thanksgiving. The shooting schedule for the weeks of Christmas and
New Years will be determined on a year to year basis.

3. In case of inclement weather the Dart Clubs night of shooting will not
be rescheduled.  Please call The Otter Point Yacht Club at

General Shooting Rules
Teams
1.  The Dart Club shall be made up of teams with a maximum of 6 and a minimum
of 4 shooters to a team.  All players shall participate in every game and all scores
including "Blinds" shall count to determine the total team score.

2.  All teams will choose a team captain who will be responsible for keeping
accurate books as well as collecting  all applicable fees.

3. New players shall start with a 21 average and carry that average for 3 games of
shooting.  After the new player shoots 3 consecutive games on the same night of
shooting, his total points shall be divided by 3 and that will be his average.  At no
time during the 3 games that the new player is shooting for average shall any of
his actual scores be counted toward his teams totals.
1.  The Board will be set at a height of sixty-three inches (63") from the floor to
the Bull's Eye.

2.  The throw line will be at 7 feet 3 inches (7'-3") from the face of the board.
Throwing
1.  Each shooter, when shooting will have part of his foot touching the
throwing line before and after he shoots.

2.  A throw shall consist of 1 dart.  3 darts in succession shall constitute a
turn.

3.  Any dart bouncing off, falling out, or sticking into another dart shall not be
re-thrown, or awarded any points for that dart.
Scoring
1.  The outer white ring shall count as 3 points per dart.

2.  The red ring shall count as 2 points per dart.

3.  The inner white triangle (also known as the cornfield) shall count as 1 point
per dart.

4.  The picture to the left is an example of 6 points.
